She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Forman (Levine) and Jacob Forman (Jack); and her husband Jason J. Stone. She is survived by: her son Eric; her grandchildren, Caitlin Whalen (Steven), Daniel W. May and Skyler Stone May; and her great grandchild William Jason Whalen.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Helena's name may be made to a charity of your choice.
