She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Emilie Bergen and John H. Bergen. She is survived by: her parents, Jennifer Bergen (Ryan) and John Bergen of Middleborough; and her siblings, Brittany Bergen of Middleborough, Cassandra Bergen of Middleborough, John Quinn and Brandon Quinn. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Haley's memory may be made to the MSPCA, (mspca.org).
