It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Paul Fountain (Middleborough, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fountain and Olga Fountain (Onulak); and his brothers, Paul and Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Fountain of Stoughton and Dennis Fountain (Hillary) of Joelton, TN.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
