He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Boulger and Marion F. Boulger; and his siblings, Arlene Breen of Kittery, Maine and Arthur "Bud" Boulger of Wilmington, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his wife Concetta Boulger of Middleborough; his sister Lillian McCarthy (Francis McCarthy); and his brother-in-law Paul Breen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
