He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon and Julia Ryan (Le Shana); his wife Dolores Ryan (Bachelder); his children, Douglas W. Ryan (Kathleen) and Diane L. Dandreta (Scott Lawrence); his grandchildren, Alex (Janie Humphries), Hunter of Middleborough and Rachael Miner (Alex) of Whitman; and his siblings, Mabel (Bob Partridge), Ed (Louise Ryan), Ruth (Charles Shanks) and Howard (Wanda). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
