She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Schultz (Brian Schultz) of Weymouth; and her siblings, Sandra Manders (Christopher) of Shippensburg, PA, Susan Kohlwey of Granby, CO. and Frank Costa Jr. (Joanne) of Plymouth. She is also survived by 6 nephews and 2 nieces.
