He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. and Mary A. Buckley (Sullivan). He is survived by: his wife Mary Buckley (Wood); his children, Deborah Dineen (Paul) of Norwood, Richard Buckley, Jr. (Gwenn) of Holbrook, Timothy Buckley (Laura Bete) of Hanover and Joanne Buckley of Braintree; and his grandchildren, Michael (Amanda), Jessica, Richard III and Greyson.
