He was predeceased by: his spouse Catherine Johnson (Harris); his grandchild Barry Johnson; and his sibling Donald. He is survived by: his children, Valerie Hammarberg (Glen, Richard Johnson), Denise Leavitt (Dean) and Joanne Myers; his grandchildren, Jennifer Ambrose, Glen Hammarberg, II, Valerie Pappagallo, Andy Leavitt, Gilbert Drewett and Eli Myers; and his siblings, Frank and Robert Johnson.
