He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lorraine Carter (Ferioli) of Middleboro; and his sons, Jeffrey Carter (Sharon) of Hopkinton and Richard Carter (Tamara) of Sutton. He was also cherished by many extended family members and dear friends.
