He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Mulcahy and Esther Mulcahy (Doherty); and his sister Ann Mulcahy. He is survived by: his wife Marie E. Mulcahy (DeFeo); his children, Scott W. Galpin, Julie E. Rooslet (Mark) and Paul E. Mulcahy, Jr. (Kerri); and his grandchildren, Michael Galpin (Meagan), Alyssa Galpin, Amanda Galpin, Joshua Galpin, Noah Taffah Rooslet, Kenza Taffah Rooslet and Elena Mulcahy.
