She is survived by: her parent Bertha Newcomb (Chapman); her former husband Donald Joy; her siblings, Janice Strojny and John Newcomb; her children, Richard Joy, Patricia Briggs and Brenda Ferreira; her grandchildren, Amanda Briggs, Kimberly Briggs, Christopher Brooks, David Joy, Jennifer Joy, Brittany Lane and Morris Metz; and her great grandchildren, Michael Schifone, Christopher Butler, Bryson Lane and Anabel Lane.
