He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lillian Clark, Evelyn, Edward, Vincent, James and Thomas Cook.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin Cook (Tricia) of Quincy, Gregory Cook (Jeremy Corb) of Whitman and Heather M. Goodwin (Sean) of Sanbornton, NH.; and his grandchildren, Ava, Lila, Nicholas Cook, Shannon, Patrick and Brendan Goodwin. He is also survived by his family, friends.

These roles allowed Kevin to make significant contributions to his field, mentor others, and advocate for justice and safety in his community.
