He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Tinsley and Gertrude Tinsley (Heffernan); his wife Cathy (Tinsley); his children, Mary Spinale (Domenic Spinale) of Winthrop, MA and Kevin Tinsley of Dorchester, MA; his daughter-in-law Jolene Connaire of Winthrop, MA; his grandsons, Domenic Spinale, Joseph Spinale and Brayden Tinsley of Winthrop, MA.; his brother Paul Tinsley (Cindy) of East Bridgewater; his brother-in-law Robert Foley (Judy) of Bridgewater; his nieces, Heather Ebels (Michael) of Hingham and Kristen Foley of Bridgewater; and his nephew Michael Foley of Connecticut.
