He is survived by: his parent Margaret Mardie Leavey (Griffin); his wife Mary Leavey (Hogan); his former wife Patricia Leavey (Donohue); his children, Susan Nagle (Jim), Kevin Leavey (Karen), Stephen Leavey (Kate), Karen Coito (Mike), Jennifer Stearns Chase (George) and David Stearns (Emily); and his siblings, Marie Ivens, Joseph Leavey, James Leavey and Fred Leavey.
