She was predeceased by: her husband Edward C. Condon; her son Stephen Condon; her parents, Jack Yetman and Elizabeth Yetman; and her sisters, Phyllis, June and Loretta.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Perez of Chelsea, Michael Condon (Margaret) of Methuen, Janet Condon of Reading, MA and Debra Witkum (Scott) of Methuen; her grandchildren, Gina, Christopher, Matthew, Derek, Melissa, Michael, Rachel, Mollie, James and Kevin; and her close friend Alvina. She is also survived by Her eleven great grandchildren and 4 Great Great grandchildren, as well as her nieces and nephews.
Thelma gave to many charities such as animals shelters, cancer and Alzheimer's research.
