He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Elva M. Hanson; his wife Dorothy Hanson (Guilfoyle); and his children, Mark W. Hanson, Steven R. Hanson, Kenneth J. Hanson, Linda M. McGuine and Karen D. Hanson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George L. Doherty Funeral Home (855 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02144). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
