He was predeceased by: his parents, Kachador Avedisian and Eva Avedisian of Methuen, MA. He is survived by: his siblings, Avedis Avedisian of Methuen, Alice (Haig Abdalian) of Belmont, MA and Vera (Nash Garabedian) of Salem, NH.; his wife Eleanor; his sons, Richard, Jr. and Steven (Wendy); his grandson Adam (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Luke of Methuen and Matthew of Methuen; and his sister-in-law Rose Avedisian.
In Lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Dick may be given in honor of his nephew to Charles Abdalian, Jr ALS Research Fund at Mass General Hospital.
