He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Belanger and Leda Belanger (Matton); his siblings, Juliette, Bernadette, Irene, Rita, Philippe, Emile of Brother Joseph, FMS and Ernest; and his grandchildren, Rebecca and Joseph St. Cyr.
He is survived by: his wife Cecile Belanger (Beauchesne); his children, Michelle St. Cyr (Bill), Marc Belanger (Christine), Nicole Belanger (Daniel Moe), Monique Medeiros (Warren) and Colette Mencis (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Nicholas (Laura), Holly (Nathan), Ray (Michelle), Sarah (Michael), Gracie, Evan, Olivia, Rozzie, Zachary, Elise and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Cali, Piper and Leah Faye. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
