She is survived by: her brothers, Leo Polizoti (Kathy) of Sturbridge, MA and Michael Polizoti of Methuen; her nieces, Laura Polizoti of Sturbridge and Leslie Polizoti of South Africa; and her nephew Geoffrey Polizoti of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the American Diabetes Association.
