He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Waites and Emily Waites (Strobel). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Waites (DiLavore) of Methuen, MA; his children, Noreen Guilmet (Keith) of Salem, NH, Kenneth Waites of North Andover, MA and Timothy Waites (Meredith) of Natick; his sister Lois Boynes (Jack) of Windham, NH; and his grandchildren, Alyssa and Zachary Guilmet. He is also survived by his three nieces and nephew, cousins and friends.
