He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perry and Patricia Dolores Perry (Walsh); and his brother Steven P. Perry. He is survived by: his children, Colin Perry (Janelle), Kieran Perry, Matthew Perry (Shannon) and Sean Perry (Imogen); and his brother William L. Perry (John).

From the outset, Neil expertly navigated the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic.
