He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwood Libby and Vivian Libby (Lancaster); his wife Therese "Terry" Libby (Croteau); his siblings, Joan Parker (Libby), Mary Ardinger Stanton (Bob Stanton) of Frisco, TX and Scott Libby of Frisco, TX; his children, Andrea Hasbrouck (Mark) and Matthew Libby; his stepdaughter Judy Wilson (Rick Wilson) of Londonderry, NH; his grandchildren, Amanda, Alex, Stephen, Christopher, Charles, Caleigh and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Addy, Avery, Shea, Hailey and Anthony. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
