We bid farewell to Marilyn Sylvia Barnes of Methuen, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 10, 2025 at the age of 85. Marilyn Sylvia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace P. Barnes; and her siblings, Armand Cubelli and Linda Harvey. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Barnes (Jada-Jean) of Dracut, MA and Jason A. Barnes (Cherly) of Northwood, NH; her granddaughters, Erica Ruth Barnes, Samantha Mary Barnes, Alexa Barnes and Emily Barnes; and her siblings-in-law, Irene Cubelli and Roger Harvey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home (126 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen, MA 01844).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marilyn's name maybe made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
