He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pattavina Sr. and Serafina DiGiovanni Pattavina (Sally); and his siblings, Charles Pattavina Jr. (Sherm) and Carol Pattavina. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Ann Marie Pattavina-Sullivan (Edward Sullivan) of Andover, Karla Bradley (Sean Bradley) of Methuen, Jill Fitzpatrick (James Fitzpatrick) of Methuen, Nicholas, Joseph, Charles, Kevin, Kylie and Shauna.
