He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Dulac and Mary Dulac (Blanche). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Dulac (Pinet); his children, Guylaine Lubinger (Kevin) of Pelham, NH and Marc Dulac (Wendy) of Dracut, MA; and his grandchildren, Korey Joseph Lubinger (Shantel) of Nashua, NH and Dustin Lubinger of Salem, NH.. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces and nephews.
