He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Madison and Edna Madison (Yerdon); and his sister Debbie Deyo. He is survived by: his wife Althea Madison (James) of Methuen, MA; his daughter Jennifer Protasowicki (Rob) of Orlando, FL; his granddaughter Miah; his brother Steve Madison (Adrienne); his goddaughter Stephanie; and his nephews, Tony, Robbie and Seth.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home (233 Lawrence St, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
