He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Madison and Edna Madison (Yerdon); and his sister Debbie Deyo. He is survived by: his wife Althea Madison (James) of Methuen, MA; his daughter Jennifer Protasowicki (Rob) of Orlando, FL; his granddaughter Miah; his brother Steve Madison (Adrienne); his goddaughter Stephanie; and his nephews, Tony, Robbie and Seth.
