He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan and Adela; his stepfather Antoni of Poland; and his siblings, Kazimierz, Marianna and Janina.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Zoltko (Cherubin); his children, Ela Poulin (Keith) of Salem, NH, Mark Zoltko (Sarah) of Wakefield, MA and Michael Zoltko (Diana) of Brookline, NH; his grandchildren, Jennifer Zoltko (Michael Berryman) of Methuen, MA., Kyle, Noah, Emersen Poulin, Anya, Nadia Zoltko, Mackenzie and Jared Lindquist; and his in-laws, Michael, Olympia Cherubin, Jadwiga and Gene Kaczowka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home and Cremation Service (80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Rosary Shrine (24 Common St, Lawrence, MA 01840).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Rosary Shrine or All Care Hospice and Home Care.
