With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elton G. McGray of Methuen, Massachusetts, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Elton is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home (126 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Maronite Church (145 Amesbury St, Lawrence, MA 01841).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to St. Anthony Maronite Church, 145 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA 01841 or the Wounded Warrior Project, reflecting his lifelong commitment to helping others and for his brothers in arms.
