He is survived by: his father Maurice Battiato; his children, Angela Battiato and Dominic Battiato; his sisters, Gina Liato of Manchester, MA and Sarah Maravelias (James Maravelias) of Lynn, MA; and his nieces and nephews, Camron Spaulding, Jason Juma and Amanda Juma.
