It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christel Anna Legner of Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Hartmut; her husband Hans Legner; and her parents, Georg Sedat and Frieda Sedat (Hakelberg). She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lucille M. Legner of Stoneham; her grandchildren, Matthew H. Legner (Sandra) of Chester, NH and Christianna J. McCann (Ryan) of Acton, MA; her stepgrandchildren, Richard M. Bentley (Tammy) of Salem, NH and Andrea Bentley-Melle (Justin) of Amherst, NH; and her great grandchildren, Autumn, Hazel, Gavin, Rowen and Lauren.
