Carmen Narvaez Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmen Narvaez of Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 19, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Carmen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Carmen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Narvaez and Esperanza Narvaez (Febus); and her sons, Hector Salgado of Florida, Eugenio Adorno of Puerto Rico and Gilbert Roman of Georgia.
She is survived by: her daughter Felicita; her caregiver Felicita Roman (Jorge Delgado) of Methuen Massachusetts; and her sons, Arcides Roman (Christina Blackhedge) of Florida, Steven Roman of New York and Thomas Roman (Laura Roman) of Georgia. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carmen's name can be made to Riverside Church to continue their work in missions and community engagement.
