She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Crook and Catherine Crook (Nauss); her husband John J. Fitzsimons, Jr.; and her siblings, John Shanabrough, Rae Peccorelli and Marie Manning.
She is survived by: her children, John Fitzsimons (Janet) of Salem, NH and Deborah Gentile of Lawrenceville, GA; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Fitzsimons (Jennifer), William Gentile (Ruby), Joseph Fitzsimons (Kylee), Adam Gentile, Scott Fitzsimons (Sara) and Susan Lavoie (Jeremy). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
