With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Atwood (Merrimac, Massachusetts), born in Melrose, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 19, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Joan; his brother Frank; and his son Robert. He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his son Tom (Pam) of West Newbury; his siblings, James (Pam) of Santa Rita, Joan Atwood Jacobson of Yarmouthport and Donna Atwood of Nottingham; and his grandchildren, Scott, Jane and Kelly.
As Tom lived with Parkinson's disease for the last years of his life, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Donation Processing, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014.
