He was predeceased by: his wife Petra Kroon. He is survived by: his children, Peter Erwich of Larkspur, CO, Tricia Jenkins (Brian) of Lynn, MA and Willem Erwich (Kim) of Miami, FL; his granddaughters, Madeline, Georgette and Estelle Erwich of Miami, FL.; his sister Helena Erwich; and his nieces and nephews, Bart-Jan Brandt, Heleen Brandt, Marjolein Brandt and Alexandra Brandt.
