He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Collins (VanAlstine); his children, Timothy V. Collins (Barbara) of Somerset, MA, Thomas R. Collins (Stephanie) of Millbury, MA, MaryBeth Collins of Stacyville, ME, Terence M. Collins of Uxbridge, MA and Karen M. Rivera (Jose) of Milford, MA; his grandchildren, Chantel, TJ, Kyle Collins, Bailey, Tyler Collins, Karley, Katie Collins, Ariana and Bianca Rivera; his sisters, Mary Graham of Oxford, MA and Rita Marie Faulkner; and his siblings-in-law, MaryLou Usher, Bernice L. Gallerani, Barbara VanAlstine, Elizabeth Oliva and Joseph Oliva. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and the family's concern for the wellbeing of family members & friends a Private.
