It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen A. Gibson of Mendon, Massachusetts, born in Milford, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 13, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Gibson; her parents, Augustus L. Homand and Amelia E. Homand (Pantano); her daughter Roseanna Elliot; and her siblings, Augustine Homand (Arthur), Alfred Homand, Delphine Gavin and Mary Bacon.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Daniels (Terry Daniels) of Mendon, MA, John J. Gibson (Cindy Gibson) of Millville, MA, Alfred Gibson (Kimberly Gibson) of Uxbridge, MA, Robert Gibson (Carol Gibson) of Mendon, MA and Maryhelen Morancy (Tim Morancy) of East Waterboro, ME; her brother Francis Homand of Ledyard, CT; and her son-in-law Michael Elliot of Mendon, MA.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
