It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis S. Astephen of Mendon, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Astephen and Mary Kirksby Astephen (Bowes); his brother Paul Astephen; and his son Jason "Junior" Astephen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Astephen (Morin); his children, Stephen W. Astephen, Robert C. Astephen, Mary Kay Mackneer, Alisha E. Almeida and Christopher J. Astephen; his siblings, Teresa Costello (Larry), Peter (Judy), Barbara MacLean (Jack), Michael, John (Patsy), Clare Bishop (Albert), Denis (late Kathy), Stephanie MacDonald (Stan), Paula MacDonald (Leo) and Bernard (late Rita); and his aunts, Marg Hilcox and Rose Zukowski. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
