He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lanagan and Florence Lanagan (Thornhill). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lanagan (Closson); his children, Earl F. Lanagan III (Cheryl) of Uxbridge, Michael Lanagan of Linwood, David Lanagan (Ann) of Mendon and Jean Marie Henderson; and his sister Shirley Parker. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren and twelve great great grandchildren.
