He is survived by: his wife Ann Rich; his daughters, Elizabeth (Dave Greski) of Laconia, NH, Carolyn (Kevin Bruen) of Orinda, CA and Susan Bouregy of Centerbrook, CT; and his grandchildren, Conor, Krista, Elizabeth, Zane and Christopher.
