He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel O'Leary (Tab) and Frances O'Leary of Melrose, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Karen O'Leary (Sluhocki); his children, Terence and Caitlin; his daughter-in-law Katie O'Leary (Surrette); his grandchildren, Cameron Gregorio, Matthew Gregorio, Owen Gregorio of Melrose, Lily O'Leary, Timmy O'Leary and Layla O'Leary of Wilmington Ma; and his siblings, Kathy Michaud (Norman) of Melrose, Patricia Thorpe (Kevin) of Melrose, Maureen Bidgood (John) of Melrose, Dan O'Leary of Melrose, Eileen O'Leary of Melrose and Shawna Iacovella (Angelo) of Wakefield.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, Tabba wished any donations be made to Nashoba Learning Group, a school that enables children and adults with Autism to function with the greatest possible productivity and independence in the community, home and workplace throughout their lives.
