He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kelley (Rod) and Elizabeth Kelley (Mills); his brothers, Douglas (Doug) and Robert Jr. (Bobby); and his brother-in-law Roger Brosseau (Tadge).
He is survived by: his children, Evan (Hannah) and Rebecca Kelley (Tyler Capasso); his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn and Jonathan Battaglia; his sister Patricia Brosseau (Kelley); and his granddaughter Raina June Kelley. He is also survived by nieces/nephews.
