He is survived by: his wife Andrea E. (Berube); his children, Sean Kingsley (Kristen) of Lynnfield, Allison Parker (Justin) of Gardner and Heather Kingsley of Quincy; his sister Pamela J. Avery; and his grandchildren, Roman, Brayden, Hunter and Teagan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
