With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard F. Bretagne (Melrose, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bretagne and Florence Bretagne (Daly); his wife Carol Kelly Bretagne; his sister Susan Bretagne D'Entremont; and his brother-in-law William Parker (Linda).
He is survived by: his brother-in-law John D'Entremont; and his niece Theresa D'Entremont. He is also survived by many loving cousins, siblings-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gately Funeral Home (79 W Foster St, Melrose, MA 02176).
