Peter A. Stamegna Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter A. Stamegna (Melrose, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 23, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Peter shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Peter farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara E. Stamegna (Allen) and Donald R. Stamegna Sr. Peter; and his siblings, Donald Stamegna Jr. and Francis Stamegna. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Martin, Richard Stamegna, Nancie Gargano, Joseph Stamegna, Betsy Spiro and Paul Stamegna.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Gately Funeral Home (79 W Foster St, Melrose, MA 02176). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (4 Herbert St, Melrose, MA 02176). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Wyoming Cemetery (205 Sylvan St, Melrose, MA 02176).
