Myrle C. Copeland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrle C. Copeland of Melrose, Massachusetts, born in Everett, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 27, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Pankopf and Louise Pankopf (Gramstorff); her husband William H. Copeland; and her brother Arthur Pankopf. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Bailot (late Gene) of Lebanon, ME, Chris Copeland (Diane) of Methuen, Karen Paonessa (Joseph) of Chelmsford and Amy Copeland-Potamis (Greg) of Melrose; her grandchildren, Kimberly Chin (Bandy), Samantha Colby (Aaron), Matthew Copeland (Lammie), Jessica Copeland, Melissa Copeland, Allyson Wallace (Jay), Amanda Sapienza (Mike), Joshua Potamis (Wendy D'Agata-Potamis), Nicholas Potamis (Dominque Kelly-Potamis) and Kassandra Potamis; her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Kyleigh, Aidan, Madison, Parker, Ellie, Isabelle, Charlotte, Emma of Olivia, AJ, Will, Laura and Evander; and also Myrle. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (809 Main St, Melrose, MA 02176). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Robinson Funeral Home, Inc. (809 Main St, Melrose, MA 02176). A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the Wyoming Cemetery (205 Sylvan St, Melrose, MA 02176).
