She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert C. Hutchins and Katherine M. Hutchins (Simmons); her former husband Angelo DiRienzo; her husband John M. "Jack" Hughes III; and her daughter Nancy J. DiRienzo.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa DiRienzo-Boyer of Washingtonville, NY, Michael DiRienzo (Catherine) of Ware, Stephen DiRienzo (Cara), Springfield and Tina Scalisi (Brian) of Saugus; her grandchildren, Joseph Boyer (Megan), Angela Boyer, Jennifer Boyer, Krystle DiRienzo, Michael DiRienzo, Mia DiRienzo, Olivia DiRienzo, Luciana Pedro (Alex), Francesca DiRienzo, Sophia Scalisi and Juliana Scalisi; and her great grandchildren, Devin, Gracie, William, Autumn, Trent, Liam and Raiden. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home, Inc. (809 Main St, Melrose, MA 02176). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Wyoming Cemetery (205 Sylvan St, Melrose, MA 02176).
