He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth McClafferty and James McClafferty. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Ozard); his children, Christine and John; his grandchildren, Kelly and Amanda; and his siblings, Stephen McClafferty and Gail Foley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Gately Funeral Home (79 W Foster St, Melrose, MA 02176). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (4 Herbert St, Melrose, MA 02176).
