It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D. Coviello of Melrose, Massachusetts, born in East Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Tut" Coviello and Geraldine Coviello (Sarno); his wife Alberta Josephine Coviello (Lombardi); his sister Gracie Dello Russo; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Perillo (Alphonse), Albert, Lombardi and Vito "Butchie" Mastrangelo.
He is survived by: his children, Stacie Coviello (Michael Murphy) and Amelia Coviello (Robert Monteiro); his grandchildren, Ronnie, Ryan Hickey, Dante Carrillo (Jaclyn), Nicolas Carrillo, Mia Tecce, Mia Monteiro, Jason, Camryn, Madison Carrillo, Carly Klatecki (Andre), Eniko Masszi and Kelly Stanton; his son-in-law Ronald Hickey, Sr.; his mother-in-law Amelia Lombardi (Faiella); and his sister-in-law Linda DelGaizo (late Mike). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
