She was predeceased by: her father Frank Davies; her former husband Donald Bookman; and her sister Frances Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Peter Bookman (Jennifer Christy) of Wilmington, DE, Karen Cushnie (Richard) of Kamuela, HI and Chuck Bookman (Jennifer Freeman) of Melrose; and her brother Robert Davies. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
