He is survived by: his wife Maureen Hatch (Curtin); his sister Christine Polito; and his sibling-in-law Thomas Curtin (Maria). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made in Edward's name to Dana - Farber Cancer Institute, 19 Brookline Place West, Brookline, MA 02445.
